This MVP stores your account, journal entries, goals, and profile in a local SQLite database on the machine running the app (data/peakstate.db). Voice recordings are saved under data/uploads/. You can export everything from Settings.
When configured, journal content is sent to NVIDIA NIM APIs to generate coaching insights, daily prompts, and transcriptions. Do not include information you would not want processed by AI services.
PeakState is inspired by publicly documented personal development frameworks. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tony Robbins, Matthew McConaughey, or any other public figure. All coaching content is originally authored.
